Koinis.gr reaches all over Greece and Cyprus!

All deliveries are made with cooperating courier companies daily from 9:00 to 17:00 easily and reliably.

For orders over 55 €, we make FREE Shipping for all products!

For orders below €55, the charge is € 5 in Greece.

For Cyprus, the shipping charge is 7€ for orders up to 5kg, and 15€ for orders over 5kg.

FREE Return or Change to Shoes!

At koinis.gr we simplify the process of sending your orders to Greece and Cyprus.

All orders are delivered through a courier company, except for oversized products such as Wheelchairs and Hospital Beds, which are delivered by a shipping company.

The products arrive in 24 hours in towns and cities, except islands, and in 48 hours in the rest of Greece.

If your order is made until 15:00 (working day), then it will be delivered to the courier company the same day!

BOX NOW - New Shipping Method!

BOX NOW as a delivery method at check-out gives you the opportunity to pick up your parcel on your own whenever it’s convenient for you at your desired Automated Parcel Machine BOX NOW Locker. Shipping cost is 2€ for orders under 55€ and free for orders over 55€.

Oversized Products

For Oversized Products (Wheelchairs, Hospital Beds) in Attica, Delivery and Placement is made by us on the same day if your order is registered until 15:00 and the next business day if registered after 15 : 00. For the other regions the delivery is done by means of transport, by telephone.

Return Policy

At Koinis ORTHOPEDICS we happily welcome the return of a product, since every day we aim to maximize your satisfaction and service!

Returns are easy and simple for you, following the steps below:

1. Return the product you purchased, BEFORE YOU ARE SATISFIED that it is in its original packaging and has not been used! It must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Return can be done   WITHIN 14 DAYS.

3. FREE refund or change in footwear.Return shipping costs for other products are € 5.
