1. Cash on Delivery

You can pay for your order in cash upon delivery. The cash on delivery service is provided free of charge.

Note: Cash on delivery is not supported for oversized products (hospital beds, wheelchairs, etc.) on certain islands.

2. Bank Transfer

You can deposit the full amount of your order into one of the following accounts:

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Transactions are carried out through a secure environment with SSL encryption, ensuring full protection of your data.

Additionally, we offer payment via portable POS at your location (service available exclusively within the Attica region).

4. PayPal

Payment via PayPal is carried out in accordance with PayPal’s transaction terms. You can find detailed information at www.paypal.com.

5. Payment at Our Stores

You can pay for and collect your order at one of our physical stores (https://koinis.gr/en/content/22-katastimata), or arrange a home delivery.

koinis.gr ships orders throughout Greece and Cyprus.

Shipping Costs

•       Orders over €55: FREE shipping on all products.

•       Orders under €55: €5 for all of Greece.

•       Cyprus: €7 for orders up to 5kg — €15 for orders over 5kg.

•       FREE returns or exchanges on footwear.

Delivery Times

•       Attica & Corinth: Delivery by our own fleet within 2 business days.

•       Towns & cities (excluding islands): Within 24 hours via courier.

•       Islands & remote areas: Within 48 hours.

Tip: If your order is placed by 12:00 noon (business day), it is dispatched to the courier company the same day!

Pick Up via BOX NOW

Collect your parcel whenever it suits you from a BOX NOW Automated Parcel Locker.

•       Orders over €55: FREE

•       Orders under €55: €2

Oversized Products (Wheelchairs, Hospital Beds, etc.)

•       Within Attica: Delivery and installation by our team. Orders placed before 10:00 AM are delivered the same day. After 10:00 AM, delivery is on the next business day.

•       Rest of Greece: Delivery via freight company, arranged by phone.

RETURNS POLICY

At Orthopedika Koinis, we accept returns easily and simply, because your satisfaction is always our priority.

How to Return a Product

1.     Make sure the product is in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.

2.     The return must be made within 14 days of receipt.

3.     Complete the return form included in your parcel, following the detailed instructions.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

•       Mastectomy products.

•       WC and bathroom products (WC chairs, bath aids, etc.).
